Formal, Post-Adjudication Juvenile Probation Services Juvenile probation is the supervision and monitoring of justice-involved youth in the community, rather than placement out of the home. Youths on probation must comply with the terms and conditions of probation imposed by the court (Nieto, ). It is the most common juvenile court. PROBATION.
